These Terms govern your use of TidyMinds, operated by Ctrl Alt Elite Software LLC ("we," "us"). By purchasing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use TidyMinds.
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you provide. By using TidyMinds you confirm this is true and that you have the authority to provide that information and the photographs you upload. TidyMinds is intended for users in the United States.
TidyMinds provides organization and tidying guidance for children's spaces, informed by occupational therapy practice. It is not therapy and not a medical, diagnostic, or clinical service, and using it does not create a therapist–client or any other professional relationship. Our plans are general suggestions, not professional advice, and are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional who knows your child. You use the guidance at your own discretion and are responsible for supervising your child and keeping their environment safe.
We identify your account by your email address and give you access through a secure "magic" link rather than a password. You are responsible for keeping that link private. Anyone with your link may be able to access your plan and information, so treat it like a key. If you believe your link has been exposed, contact us and we can issue a new one.
Prices are shown at checkout and payments are processed by Stripe. One plan covers one space and may include the children who share it, as described at purchase. We currently offer:
A Family plan (for multiple spaces on an ongoing basis) is described on our site but is not currently available for purchase; if and when we offer it as a recurring subscription, the price, billing interval, and cancellation terms shown at checkout will apply.
Refunds: if you're not happy with your plan, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we'll provide a full, no-questions-asked refund.
You retain ownership of the information and photographs you provide. You grant us a limited, revocable license to use them solely to create and deliver your plan and to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to upload content you do not have the right to share, or that depicts anyone other than your own child or children, or any other person, without authority to do so. You are responsible for the content you submit.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, probe or circumvent our security, or use TidyMinds for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
The TidyMinds name, logo, website, report templates, and plan format are owned by us and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without our permission. The personalized plan we deliver is for your own family's use.
The service and all plans are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any plan will achieve a particular result. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ctrl Alt Elite Software LLC and its owners and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of TidyMinds. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the plan giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
We may suspend or end access to the service if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute that is not otherwise resolved.
